1. Consultation with Client

Discuss project objectives with clients to obtain understanding of their business model and immediate needs.

2. Recruitment Plan

Develop qualifications template to determine candidate’s skill level relative to position description.

3. Identification and Evaluation of Candidate
Connect with prospective candidates. Review position description with interested and qualified individuals. 

Determine if candidates meet rubric of necessary and desired qualifications as determined in client consultation. 


4. Presentation of Candidates to Client

Submit resume and narrative to client, outlining candidate’s qualifications, strengths and weaknesses as they pertain to the position description. 


5. Interviews

Act as liaison between client and candidate to schedule mutually agreed upon interview time. 


6. Negotiations Pertaining to Offer

Discuss compensation package with client and present contract specifics to candidate. Act as intermediary for negotiations. Follow up on start date with client to ensure candidate has successfully transitioned to position.
